Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Structural Parts & Accessories. (Note, some tubing may have minor scuff marks from manufacturing process which is all covered by material).
Artwork & Printing
Color Print Process on bright white stretch fabric. Note, tension fabric displays softer image. Digital copy of print proof will be provided within 2-3 business days from your artwork submission. Additionally, you can obtain 12”x12” custom fabric proof with your artwork for $85. PMS color match can be requested yet not guaranteed. Artwork specs for file submission will be emailed to buyer after payment.
Delivery
After payment has cleared, orders will be processed and delivery window is 7-12 business days after digital artwork approval. At this time pick-up is not available. No international orders or shipments are accepted at this time. Shipping rate is for standard ground, rate will vary to expedite.
Tax
Customers in state of Florida will be invoiced 6.5% Sales Tax
Order Cancellation: Order cancellations must be made in writing with receipt of the cancellation confirmed. Cancellation of a production order for that has produced or ordered raw materials may result in fully charging for materials and labor, or impose a minimum cancellation fee of up to 60% of the purchase/sale price.
